Painted tail lights

    Yes I have. Here in Arizona your tail light must be visible from 100 ft. As long as you keep your mixture at 5:1 or even more clear, your tail lights will be visible way over 100ft. You will still see the color but retain the transparency.

    The trick is to know your local laws and work within them....

    I like it, that's a nice job. Painted taillights look good on the NNBS trucks. I wouldn't want to try that on mine, I just don't think it would look right.

    Man, that came out sweet, and what a cool idea! Sharp looking and the thickness looks perfect.

    X2 on what adam said about it not looking right on our body styles.
