OK guys I have an 03 GMC Sierra 5.3 V8 Z71 and I have been looking at doing some Performance upgrades within the next year and would like some input on what you guys think would be good.

I already have mind set on heads, cam, valve springs(rockers, rollers, lifters), long pipe headers, and a DiabLew tune package. What else would be good without doing a 6.0L swap?

Cat-back exhaust and CAi if you haven't already done them.

Injectors, stall converter, coil packs and coil wires, and I also throw in some tranny work cuz the 4l60e isn't made to be hammered on

Alright, because with the mods he listed, and some tranny work, a good tranny tune would be very beneficial IMHO

Just do a turbo kit on low boost. Best bang for the buck imo

If I keep my truck I know I will be doing a stage 3 or 4 kit on the tranny that way I know it can handle whatever I throw at it
