Hey guys this might be a stupid question but I was just wondering what the button on the end of the gear selector was for. I know it has something to do with towing because it has a picture of a trailer on it but I'm just not sure exactly what its for.

    Thanks

The Tow/Haul button changes the transmissions shift patterns for better performance, cooler running temps, and reduce shift cycling. When towing heavy loads it extends the life of your trans.

the best thing I like about the Tow-Haul mode is the changing shift patterns of the tranny when towing. I find it cycles
less and is more smooth when it reaches each gear. Brian
