.......but I broke down the other day and bought this thing. For my wife. For $2k. Cuz it was big and pretty. And cuz she likes it. First Chevy I've owned since 1977, when I had my '65 panel truck. Am I now doomed to Hell for all eternity? Or did I just pick up a new, expensive addiction?

Is so, is there a known cure for Bigtruckitis?..........:mdr:

Thanx Lancer---everything sounds and works well at the moment, except for the left rear power window( designed by Ford?) and the fore & aft motion of the driver's seat just stuck at the forward position. I.e. my wife's jugs are now resting on the dash board. Just did a quick search here and it sounds like I merely need to check the seat motor/control module/wiring harnesses/electrical connections.

Oh well, just another lovely day in DIY Land---whaddaya gonna do?..........
