The Vortec Engines, Run and Perform Better when using/going with, A/C Delco Plugs, and the one you would want would be the A/C Iridium Tip Spark Plugs, and for Wires, going with either Factory or Aftermarket, both will do the Job......for aftermarket wires, MSD....JBA....and Taylor are some to look at......For My Truck.....I've got the A/C Iridium Plugs installed and JBA 8MM Plug Wires.

X2 what 99 said. Don't try the E3 plugs! I used a set on my 07 4.3L and only got about 20-25,000 miles before they started misfiring and generally acting up. I replaced them with A/C OEM plugs and haven't had a problem for many, many miles.
