Welcome to the site, first of all.

    Need more information:

First - What engine do you have, how many miles on the truck?
Second - If you're over 100k, you've done a proper tune-up and maintenance? Plugs, wires, fuel filter, air filter, etc?
Third - Any known issues that you have?
Fourth - Have you changed your driving style recently?
Fifth - What did the MPG drop from/to? How quick was the drop?

I suggest that you check/change your fuel filter if you haven't do that yet. Then run either some Sea Form or RXP through your gasoline tank to help burn up some of the carbon buildup that's inside of the engine. That would be something that's quick and easy. Then depending on how you answer the rest of the questions, you will need to address any other issues that come up as well.

Most local shops offer a pressure cleaning of the fuel system. It usually runs about $100
