Hey guys, so my buddy is thinking of selling me his programmer on the cheap and is going to let me use it to see if I like it. So my question is what should I set my shift firmness up too? Should I mess with the shift points? If so where should I put them? The truck is an 05 Silverado 1500 5.3L with a 3.23? tranny im assuming, its the stock tranny.

before you do this see if it's vin locked? If it is it will not work on your truck. Also do you have a CAI or Exhust system?
