Okay I have 111,110 miles and was wondering if anyone has heard pros or cons on this oil. I don't want a full synthetic so that's why I'm asking about this oil. Please tell me what you've heard

I don't think I could ever bring myself to put "The Big Q" into any of my stuff. My dad had an LTD with a 429/4 Barrel. It started giving him fits with 105k on it. I pulled the motor and emptied 2 1/2 Radio Flyer wagon loads of sludge out of the engine. This was after regular oil changes with (as I call it "Quaker Sludge"). I have seen the internals of other engines that ran "Q" in them as well. It has been more "not good" than "good".

Talk to engine builders and performance guys. None of them will tell you that they use Quaker State. There are a LOT of good oils out there. I like Havoline and Kendall, but there are other great choices like Castrol, Mobile 1, Valvoline, Pennzoil and many others.

Just my .02 and worth every bit you paid for it!
