I have a 93 silverado with the 5.7 TBI, I've been told that a throttle body spacer helps, anyone have experience with this? more power? better mileage? what exactly does it do for me?

X2 I've heard they do absolutely nothing. But I know some disagree...

I put one on my 98 5.7 vortech and gained about a half a mile more per gallon but this could be done by changing some bad driving habits. Save your money, but if you cant live without one get the cheapest one you can

i had a poweraid spacer on my 92 5.7 and liked it so when i bought my 02 sierra i pt another one on. they add a little power but i love the sound they make. id def go with poweraid though nice hardware and real good directions.
