I've got a question, when did the switch to the 5/100k warranty take place? Also, if someone were on the 3/36k bumper-to-bumper warranty and they had an issue (like with a power window control unit that didn't work properly) that was documented before the end of the warranty but not fixed properly, can that be repaired again without cost? How does that work, or does it just end at the end of the 36k warranty?

The Powertrain warranty became available with the 2007 model year. We take a look at eash situation on a case by case basis in terms of what is covered. I would be happy to take a look at your situation. Please feel free to contact me via private message with more information. I look forward to hearing from you.
