    hey guys the other day i went to autozone and read a code it said engine knock sensor #2 or something and i just cleared it and another the service engine soon came on tonight and ill go see if its the same one in the morning but for a 5.3L chevy suburban it is 47 dollars or so for the new sensor any one know it it is hard to change and where it could be at ? please help thanks

    You'll rest easy if you reality test your sensor...
    Have your truck's engine running with a timing light strobing the marks. Bang on the engine with something heavy to make a noise to fool the sensor into thinking that it heard a pre-iginition knock. If all goes well, you'll see the timing retard briefly.
