Let us know what it is. The list can get pretty long.

its 95 suburban 4wd with 200,000 miles. heres some more info last winter i was driving it in a blizzard and got stuck with a 1/4 tank of gas well by the time i got out i was on e it was running strong then all of a sudden it just lost a lot of power and the next day it wouldn't start at all. a few days later it finally started and it just ran like it was missing so i changed plugs and wires and it felt good for a bit then started acting up again now it wont start at all.

Sounds to me like you sucked 200,000 miles worth of rust particles out of the bottom of your fuel tank.
