There are two bolts under the pull handle you use to close the door, you have to pry up the trim piece first (there's a little slot at the bottom to stick a screwdriver or tool like that). Take out a bolt at the top and bottom and the entire handle comes off.

Under the door opening lever there's another plastic panel to pry off. Two more bolts under that.

Take a really small screwdriver and with the door unlocked, pry out on the little 1/4"x1/4" square on the front of the lock button. When the little square pops out you can take the whole lock button off.

The rest of the panel is held on with spring clips, start prying at a corner and work your hands down both sides and around the bottom, then you can lift the panel up about an inch and off.

On a new truck like that it helps to do it in a warm area. I ran my heater for a while before I pulled off the panel to change the door handles. It keeps the clips from breaking.

Huh, never heard that before. Makes sense, I suppose.
