    Hello all,

I have an 05 Tahoe LT with the dreaded engine light and corresponding "Tighten Fuel Cap message". I replaced the fuel cap and the light remains. I have been tripping code P0440 for about two years. My research shows the Fuel Tank Evaporator to be a common problem on these trucks. My question: Does anyone have a .pdf of the service manual procedure so I can save the money and replace it my self? My inspection is due soon and it won't pass with the CEL on. Thanks.

Lines are dry. I have the evaporator in hand, just looking for the service manual procedure to change it. I'll probably just buy the all data on line version for this truck.
