Replacing headlight bulbs in 08 Silverado?

Is there a trick to this or do I need to remove the entire grill and headlight assemblies to replace the bulbs?

I some how managed to change out the drivers side bulb, but the passenger side is way too tight of a squeeze.

This is one of those things where it seems like there should be an easier way, I'm just not seeing it!

I had a 99 Silverado and you didn't need a single tool....now it looks like you have to pull the grill, work under the fender wells, and possibly split an atom or two.

Where did you get your HIDs?

Are you liking them? Much glare?
