Im sure this has been asked before but upon searching i cant really find a direct answer, first off does anyone have this setup on a NBS silverado? im thinking about buying one. im wondering what ACTUAL height gains you get with it, is it true 3.5 inches? also i already have a RC 2 in leveling kit up front, if i get the 3.5 lift and stack them with these blocks will it cause front to be higher than rear or will it level it true.

Do you have a NBS or a NNBS??

Stacking kits is a bad BAD idea. If you have a 07.5 - '13 1500 2.5" is about all the front can handle. If you want more lift than what you have do a body lift or a real lift kit. Do not stack kits!
