Sagging driver door

The driver side door on my truck is sagging and I purchased replacement pins and put them in but one of the holes is worn to much so the pin doesn't press in. Is is possible to buy oversized pins anywhere or am I going to have to fab one up myself. I saw there is replacement hinge kits on Ebay but seems like a lot of work to grind off the old hinges and put new ones in. Any suggestions?

Did you replace the bushings with the new pins?

Yes the holes are rounded to much for the stock size bushing.

Add a bead of weld to the worn area and re-drill the correct size...
