i was hoping sombody could educate me on headers, clearly anything above stock manifolds will make a difference in power but im curious about the fuel efficiency and sound to go along with the power increase.
as well as the matchup -
    short headers or long headers?

Long tubes all the way but pay attention to the inlet and the collector sizes.
