To allow ever-smaller small bits of those peppers to be used to spice things.

Why did the U.S.A. allow itself to be in a position where it has no space vehicle despite how dependent the country is on satellite technology?

Because americans as a whole tend to be ill-informed on the workings of society and the effects of policy down the road as opposed to today. Therefore it was deemed more important to provide budget to things like a ridiculous bail-out rather than space exploration that could have untold benefits decades down the road. This is one of the most underrated crimes against the future of this country in my opinion.

Why has society gotten to a point where the lack of knowledge pertaining to the english language has become accepted and widespread whereas the absorption and use of such knowledge is often frowned upon in social circles?

Additionally, how do we fix this issue moving forward?

Society has gotten to the point about which you wrote as a result of ever-increasing complacency. The issue likely cannot be fixed without some sort of reset/collapse, as the tendency toward entitlement and complacency seems to be increasing.

Why does Massachusetts have Stalinistic state firearm laws despite America's oldest armory (Springfield Armory) and Smith & Wesson being located in that state?

    Brainless Liberals..............

Why is it that the areas of this country that have the biggest and most problems (Murder rates, Debt ETC) all have one constant, Liberal leadership. And with this people refuse to see it and make changes?

Because those same liberal leaders buy local votes with loecal entitlements/programs.

Why does this game remind me a lot of the answer a question with a question game?

Okay read slowly S, this one is answer a question and then ask a question. The other is answer a question with a question. Okay give it a minute to sink in......................................................................

How can we make it were Santa comes more than once a year?

Give Santa some free trials of viagra and also give Mrs. Claus some spiked heels, thigh highs, and a black lace teddy.

Where did 1500 | 2500 | 3500 monikers for our trucks come from and how did they come to equate to 1/2 ton | 3/4 ton | 1 ton ...(respectively); also why wasn't something a bit more intuitive selected?

Well, originally it was C10/K10 C/20 K/20 etc. I think they changed it to 1500/2500 and so forth to avoid the emission standards for the 1/2 ton pick up I.E. catalytic converters etc. IDK

Can't answer the second part. I guess lack of imagination.

Why are children now being taught to be test takers instead of actually leaning things that will help them to be successful?

Children are taught to be test takers because it's easier to teach them to be test takers than it is to teach them useful things ... and teachers woefully underpaid so the easy route is actually appropriate given the piss-poor pay scale that teachers receive. Some would also argue that there's no fair way to measure performance than by using standardized tests, I suspect...

Why are children taught that 'we're all winners' by providing them all with trophies ... rather than teaching them the real nature of the world, which is that there are winners and losers in every competition and they need to compete hard rather than expecting to receive a trophy for mediocrity? Doesn't the provision of a trophy for mediocrity teach people to feel entitled ... rather than to put in effort to earn that trophy???

You pretty much answered your own question but I will sum up. Pure stupidity!

This makes no sense to me, why are all the NASCAR race cars virtually the same? Wouldn't it be more intuitive to have different teams trying different things to enhance the race?
