Just brought home a low 58k mileage '01 suburban 4x4. Selling the '00 K1500 4x4 Tahoe on ebay.

    I really like these SUV's!

The suburban came with 285/75 R16 tires with plenty of tread. Is it worth recalibrating the computer with the larger diameter, or should I not bother wasting my time?

Also, it seems the driver side sits about 1.5 inches lower than the passenger sides. It tracks straight, the alignment is dead on. Just wondering if this is designed for the road crown or something I should try to level out.

Welcome to the site! It's got the GM "lean"! You could level it, but would probably need to re-align it. The tires are taller so you are going to be off by 2 or 3 mph (approx.). If it were me, I'd just get used to it though it may throw the shift points off a little. Good luck!

    thanks for the response.

I don't mind how it leans visually, I'm just wondering if it will be noticeable when I tow with the weight distributing hitch. Guess time will tell.
