Some lights aren't working on the steering wheel...

I've got a couple of switches on my steering wheel that control the information center that aren't lighting up when the rest of the lights are on.. I'm assuming it's the bulbs that have burnt out. Can they be replaced, or do you have to replace the whole button assembly? How do you go about replacing them?
