Well the title says it all really, sometimes when I go to shift my 1992 sonoma inot reverse it grinds and does not feel or sound good at all. But if I put it into first and just let the clutch out enough so I roll forward, then put it in reverse its usually smooth as silk. Whats up?

Sounds like the clutch is about toast.

Yar. Not what I was wanting to hear haha. the pedle is solid and consistant. I know they are probably not even close to the same, but the clutch pedal in my old 2002 sunfire felt like nothing compaired to how much pressure is needed for my sonoma. I guess I know where my vacationpay is going..
