Hi all, new guy here and I have a very frustrating problem. My 2004 Sierra with the 4.8L runs great unless the outside temps are 100+ degrees, it will run for 30-45 minutes then will stall, I can feather the throttle and keep it running enough to pull to the side of the road. I will then sit for a minute or 2 and it will start but will only go a half mile before it does it again. This has happened the last couple summers when temps exceed 100. I live in AZ so 100 degrees is pretty common. It doesn't matter how much fuel is in the tank and the air filter is good. Anybody ever have the same experience, any ideas?
