This year I replaced my passenger side blend door actuator, had the calibration for the TSB done, and also replaced the driver's side blend door actuator -- in that order. The actuators croaked separated ... and I had the calibration done just to rule it out before bothering with a new actuator for the driver's side. I can't complain -- they last 8.5 years. :)
RobertSwindall, I had no issues on either side after changing the actuators. The driver's side actuator is the easy one; the passenger side actuator is annoying to get to!
