Team Escalade Texas - Team Cure Duchenne

    CureDuchenne is a national non-profit located in Newport Beach, Calif., is gaining international attention for its efforts to raise funds and awareness for Duchenne – a devastating and lethal muscular dystrophy in children. One in every 3,500 males born is afflicted with the disease. Nearly 20,000 boys are living with the disease in the United States alone, and many will not survive their teenage years. The disorder knows no ethnic or social boundaries.



    Daryl Johnston
    Daryl Johnston is nicknamed “Moose” by former teammate Babe Laufenberg, Johnston became a full-time starter in 1991, was a key member of the Cowboys’ Three Super Bowl winning teams (1993, 1994 and 1996) and was a two-time Pro Bowl selection (1993 and 1994 ). He currently is a color analyst for Fox Sports.


    Rocket Ismail
    Rocket Ismail is a graduate of Notre Dame, Raghib Ismail was named to the Top 100 Greatest College Football Players of All Time. Nicknamed Rocket for his ability to quickly take off made him an effective receiver in the CFL and the NFL. In 1999 he signed with the Dallas Cowboys and recorded a career-high 1,097 yards and 6 touchdowns.


    Dan Pastorini
    Dan Pastorini was drafted in the first round of the 1971 draft out of Santa Clara by the Houston Oilers, Pastorini was known throughout his career as a “tough quarterback”, as he missed only 5 regular season games in his career. In 1975 he was named to the AFC Pro Bowl Team and was a part of the 1981 Oakland Raiders Super Bowl XV champions team.


    Jody Dean
    Jody is an Emmy award-winning 35-year veteran of television and radio with a collection of some of the most prestigious awards in the industry. Jody’s incredible morning show is broadcast live from 7a-9a on KTXA Channel 21 and breaks into KTVT’s morning news at 5:30 & 6:30 each morning. A very refreshing, funny approach bringing listeners traffic reports, news, and everything funny in the Dallas/ Ft Worth Metroplex!


    Greg Thunder
    Greg Thunder came to Houston from his No. 1-rated morning show at KS-95 in Minneapolis. He has worked across multiple formats at the likes of KMPS Seattle, KDWB Minneapolis, KALC Denver, WQHT New York and WPLJ New York. He and his wife are incredibly excited to call Houston their home.
