I ordered a set today and was wondering/hoping someone has had these in some deep snow. I do not want to be left spinning in the white stuff. I got 305/70/16. any info would be greatly appreciated

I have 305/55/r20 and they did not impress me in the snow. Mine just seemed to be too big if that is possible and slid more than I thought they would. I never got stuck, just didn't have the traction I wanted.

I would have to say that a wider tire like the 305s you are getting are going to be not as good in the white stuff as say a 255/265 wide tire. i don't know why but that is what i have heard. A taller, skinnier tire is better than a shorter, fatter one.
