I have a 2005 Trailblazer 4.2L. I want to know if I should buy a throttle body spacer or get a ported throttle body. What kind of difference will this make in my hp and gas millage?

Tried t/body spacer on wifes 05 4.2 Trailblazer and saw no improvement on dyno. Removed and installed AFE cold ait intake and saw 12hp at rear wheels. Never tried ported throttle body on 4.2, but I dont think the motor needs one. It may kill some of your bottom end torque.
