I have a 350 5.7L 4WD. I'm new to the truck scene and I'm not too knowledgable about engines YET. I was wondering if there were any simple ways to increase my horsepower without getting too crazy and replacing pistons, rings, crank, etc...?

Hey everybody. Just wondering if anyone had any tips for a beginner like me on how to increase horsepower in my 350 5.7L without getting too crazy and replacing pistons, rings, crank, etc...Not trying to build anything for the drag strip, just want a little extra boost!

Year, make, model, will help a lot since every version of the Chevy 350 from 1985-1999 had differences.

Welcome aboard, and just so you know you do not need to post in multiple areas... As for the 350 great motor to begin with.

Quick bolt-on mods: cat-back exhaust, long-tube headers, CAI.
