Are the Torsion bar frame to cross member bushing bolt holes supposed to be oblong? This is on a 2003 Tahoe Z71 4WD 5.3L.
The bushings look good? But, the bolt holes on both bushings are equally oblong as if they were made that way. Is that the case, or do I need new bushings?

What do they mean that the bushings are staked? And, if I need to remove the bushings how do I remove the stakes??

    Thanks
