I just purchased a 2010 GMC Sierra SLE crewcab, I wasn't sure about the TPMS. I was thinking about getting bigger wheels. Has anyone had any experience with the tire pressure monitors? Do you have to get a specific wheel in order to work, or is the pressure monitor and valve stem all in one assembly?

The tire pressure monitor and valve stem are all one unit. Just have them taken out of your current wheels and re-installed on the new wheels. Or you can buy new ones to put in the new wheels but they're usually 20-25 bucks each..
