Transfer Case Shifting Motor Not Shifting after Installation

I recently had to replace my transfer case due to pinhole leaks, which lead to overheating of inner parts. So I found a rebuilt with aluminium casting and hopefully it hold up, but the problem is the motor that we are trying to get to work.

There are no lights on the interior button push 2Hi-4WD-4LW. Nothing is lighting up, and we cannot get any action underneath with the motor connected to its wiring harness. Everything is buttoned up, just no action with the motor. When we checked these we had the motor running.

    Any suggestions?
