I'm not sure where to look to find these pieces. I've gone to sites and looked under door trim, door accessories, interior accessories, interior trim, etc. and can't seem to find what I am looking for. Hoping other people can point me in the correct direction:

This is on the inside of the "rear" door on my extended cab, it's the hook that grabs on to the hitch in the picture right below this one. It's rusted and makes it difficult to open the door itself.

This is the hitch as described above. I'm not sure if this is what's causing the door to stick but it's also rusted so I figure I might as well replace this too.

This trim is also on the "rear" door, it runs along the bottom of the door and is starting to peel off and has lots of rust underneath. Seems to be rubber with a metal piece on the black that helped it stick to the door. I've looked at door weatherstripping and this part doesn't seem to come up. Looking to replace both the passenger and driver side.

One of the "rear" door hinges, it's not broken or anything but the rust isn't appealing.

Ok, this part is from my rear bumper. As I was taking off the top plastic piece, I found out there are two of these little guys helping to snap the top plastic into place on the outside of the bumper. While prying them out with a flat head screw driver I broke both of them. Not sure if I could just pick them up at a hardware store or go to an automotive place.

    Any help is appreciated.

You didn't mention what sites you have looked at......

...G.M.Parts Direct would be a good place to start and after that.....going to the other sites you should find everything pictured,
    ...C/K Resto
    ...LMC Trucks
    ...E-Bay
...Local Chevy Dealership......and last Local Craigs list and Salvage yard.
