After some extensive searching of the site, I found some answers. Not enough though. So here goes:

    NBS only

I prefer the look of the tires to stick out past the fenders about 1/2 - 1"
I am going with 20" rims as wide as possible
#1 How wide is too wide?
    #2 Smallest offset?
    #3 Largest tire

    Truck: 2008 2wd Crew Cab

I will consider lifting the front to level. I will not lower.
I don't mind trimming metal as long as I know where and how much

What is the most anyone has done on all 3 points without replacing fenders due to too much trimming.
