turn signal problem

Right turn signal is not actuating when energized. Turning the turn signal lever to the (Up) position to facilitate a right turn, there is one click and no visual indication on the dash or the rear tail light lens that its working. However, when you depress the brake pedal with the turn lever in the up position, the dash indicator ( green arrow ) illuminates Steady green and the red turn indicator goes steady red.

All indications and actuations for a left turn operate normal.

I have cleaned the connectors in the lens cover as well as checked the bulbs. All are normal. In addition, I removed the junction box on the chasis underside and cleaned all of the connector.

    Any help would be appreciated.

Apart from checking the tow package connector in the rear assuming you have it, what you are describing is looking like a turn signal switch in the steering column. Not a bad job if you have the tools.
