the trip odometer on my 1990 k-1500 broke today.
is there a way to fix it, or replace it with one from the junk yard ?
or is it connected to the regualr odometer ?

wanted to ask the questions before i dig into it.
hopefully its not too hard to swap out or fix..

    thanks much.

The trip odometer on my 1991 Suburban's never worked as long as I've owned the truck. Unfortunately, it's a one-piece instrument cluster, so you can't mess with the gauges. I've just dealt without it.

    thanks crawdaddy.
i was hoping the trip meter was separate, but i guess not.
i guess i will just get use to it not working.... always knew i needed gas around 240 miles.
now i will just watch the gas gauge. LOL.

Try Charlie at Florida Speedometer(954-818-8188). He has done great work for me on several 1999-2006 Silverado clusters.
