I originally thought it was basically a Z71 package for two wheel drive, but it turns out it's a suspension package for improved handling while towing a trailer. Hope this helps.

Its a add on package geared towards people who are going to be towing

    Z85 firm ride suspension package $ 95

The Z85 suspension is designed for improved handling while towing a trailer, and the Silverado can tow a trailer of up to 8200 lbs.

^what he said. I thought the Z85 was for the Colorado/Canyon models but after doing a Google search I found similar results as above.

My truck has the Z85 package on it. My question is, if I lifted my truck would I be getting rid of it with the lift?
