Never had problems with them in the three years of owning my vehicle, but recently after running my wiper blades they will not turn off. The first time it happened I removed the fuse and they seemed to reset but now removing the fuse only stops them as long as I have it out. The truck is a 2003 Silverado, and I didn't see any recalls. Any one else have this problem or know a (cheep) solution.

Sounds like the circut board in the motor is fried. I know in the older ones you could change just the board, but now you may be stuck changing the whole motor.

X2 what Mike said, sounds like a board. In my '96 'Burb you can just change the board but I've never had to mess with a classic body motor. Do you have a Haynes manual, may give you some info there.

Yeah I got one, I'll look it up (didn't even think of it). Thanks for the advise
