Just purchased a 2007 Suburban LTZ with rear seat entertainment system, the dealer gave me a set of headphones and a remote out of a 2007 Tahoe. When I tried out the headphones I get some sound and a lot of static and hissing. Are these specific for each vehicle? I tried switching between channel a and b with the same results. These headphones are brand new with brand new batteries. Also the remote, again brand new with new batteries, doesn't seem to work. Please help.
    Thanks
    Jason
