I have a Banks CAI, ported throttlebody, shortie headers, Magnaflow cat-back and a Diablo Preditor. The Preditor is being replaced, but theres nothing wrong with them, you can still make adjustments yourself after installing one of there tunes, 87 or 93 octane. I think its the best bang for the buck. You can get them from MarylandSpeed.com for $279.00 shipped. You can data log with the Preditor and then get a custom tune from diablew.com. '00 Silverado 5.3L Performance Enhancements?
Hi all,
I have an '00 Silverado with the 5.3L. I was wondering what options there are out there for some easy performance mods? I'm a horsepower junkie. I have Flowmaster DOR exhaust, but thats it. I have heard a lot of people swear by cold air intakes...not sure which brand is best. What mods do you all recommend that dont require TOO much install time? Not looking to put new cams in or anything, just some bolt-on mods. Thoughts?

I've read good things about VMP tuning Fords, but nothing about there GM tunes. Theres several members on this site that have a DiabLew tune by Lew using a Diablo Preditor or Trinity and are very happy with his tunes.
