00 silverado

In the progess of lowering my 00 ext cab 1500 silverado with a 4" inch rear with 2" shackles and 2" hangers and 2" coils. What a pain in the ass to remove the revits for the stock hangers and i removed and replaces all the nuts and leaf springs and shackles less then a year ago and the bolts are all stuck in the rubber again. So its in pieces in the driveway!! Whats the best way to get the bolts out i tired inpact gun, puller, hammer, hammer, hammer. any ideas i cut them off last time but dont want to do that again. and whats the best way to remove the hanger from the drivers side i did the passger side with an angle grinder but its hard to get in their.
