You need to test if the relay operates when the key is turned to crank.
Did you try the fingers on the relay while a buddy ties to start it, that I asked you to do in the other thread?
This is a simple circuit; but you need to be willing to follow suggestions, because I can't be there to do it for you.

James, you need to know if the relay is operating.

If the relay isn't operating, the starter will not get power to spin.
