My chevy has about 180000 miles on it and the check engine light has come on blinking and goes off after about thirty seconds it has a slight skip in the idle so I had the codes run and it came up missfire cylinder 7 and o2 sensor . I changed the o2 sensor and checked coil plugs and wires no problem there . I ran a bottle of injector cleaner through it and the problem still exist . Does anyone have ideas . thanks

The blinking light means you have a misfire, which will cause your catalytic converters problems. You need to find out why it's missing on #7. Have you check the compression? Try switching coils with another cylinder and see if the miss moves. If it does, then you found your problem.
Good Luck and God Bless
