has anyone else had a problem with painted rear bumper ? my 04 tahoe z71 rear bumper is rusting bad. rest of truck is perfect . i tried talking to chevy but they just keep saying ill get back to you". (of course) im just wondering if its a chevy problem. or just my truck. before i send any of my money for a new bumper.
