It's the new guy again. Another thing I'm wanting to do is improve the brakes on my truck. Never thought the OEMs were that great especialy with the larger wheels. So I'm willing to upgrade the rotors and pads. Any suggestions?

For upgrading to aftermarket Rotor's/Pads.......Some of the ones to look at would be.....Powerslot.......Stainless Steel Brake Company....EBC.....to name a few......Depending on your Budget, I would mentioned swapping out your OEM Rubber Brake-lines W/Stainless Steel Braided Brake lines......with New Rotor's/Pads, would be a Huge improvement over your Stock Brake setup you now have.

Edit:.....I would also mentioned that this would be a Good Time, to flush your Brake Fluid....
The Below link.....is the SSBC Slotted Rotor's and Hawk Brake Pads set-up, this is the the Setup I have on my truck, along with Russell's SS Braided Brake-Line kit.......Its a Awesome Setup........So Much Better than the Stock Brake Setup.

Hey Heartbeat! Does that kit come with Hawk LTS pads? I'm looking to upgrade my brake setup soon also. But, I get married in a few weeks which explains my empty wallet.

Hi ADude, my buddy's got a big brake kits for sale, if you're interested.
The SSBC Kit.....comes with the Rotors and the Hawk H.P. Ceramic Brake Pads, as I mentioned above installing the SS Brake lines with SSBC Rotor/Pads.......has been a Huge Improvement over the Factory/OEM Brake Setup!!.......Hand Down.
