06 silverado 5.3 flex fuel. Changed gear from 3.23 to 3.73. Now have abs light can't get rid of. Used hypertech programer and went quarter inch at a time on tire size no luck. Also says I have a p0045 code but I don't have a turbo. I can use some help.
