Hey I'm Raven and I'm new to this forum. I have a beautiful 2006 Chevy Silverado with a 4.3 V6 and Cadillac wheels. Last Saturday I pulled out of my driveway and headed down the road. within a few minutes the truck lost power and died. After this happened it would turn over, (Slowly at first then it would crank faster after a few seconds and holding the pedal to the floor) but it would not start. I checked it with an ODB device and got the codes P0500 and P0507. I already knew it had a faulty vehicle speed sensor, but the only problem I had noticed from that is that it would die sometimes as i shifted into 1st or 2nd as I slowed to stop the truck. It would restart every time. I replaced the sensor, but the plug was broken so It's been ordered. The truck ran without it before this happened. Anyway, I tried shooting starting fluid in the intake as the engine was turned with no results. This is my work and everyday vehicle so any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Raven.:money:
