Hello there,
I’ve just got a 94 k3500 dually, 6.5 TD. But would like to convert the axles to SRW. I don’t really have a need for a HD axle since I’m not towing backhoes and farm equipment. I would like the high speed rear end and just am not sure which gear ratio or what axles I can use. would like to be able to go 75 on the highway without redlining. also does the transfer case (floor shifted) compatible with k2500 t cases? Any information would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

sell the dually and buy the one you want. you have a work horse and want a speed demon.... you need a 1500 with the 350 and I'd say 373 gear ratio.

not the awnser your looking for but unless this truck has lots of sentimental value dont mod it like that.
