I was watching an old dealer promotional video tonight for the 1984 C/K Chevrolet trucks, and it was mentioned that there was a Bonus Cab offered as well as a Crew Cab model. I was wondering what the differences were between the two different cab variations and if anyone had pictures of the bonus cab trucks?
