Ok, so, I unhooked my battery in order to fix my cigarette lighter receptacle. Hooked the battery back up afterwards and tried to start the truck...nothing happened. I checked the spark with a plug tester and it's getting fire. made sure the fuel pump is running, and I'm getting plenty of fuel. The motor turns over, has fire and is pumping fuel. It doesn't even try to start. I've cleaned the rotor and distributor cap, replaced the ignition control module and the coil. Still, nothing. Any ideas?

Well, if this started because you disconnected the battery, go back to the battery. Maybe you left a wire loose, or not connected.
yikes!, sometimes even a simple task becomes a scratcher!

I agree with Ray. Clean the terminals while you are at it. Just because there is fuel present does not mean there is " plenty of fuel" a pressure gauge is needed to check the fuel pressure
