My 1997 k1500 has a weird vibration at idle. It's not excessive just enough to notice it. Like if I have a bottle of water in the cup holder you can see the water moving. Now, I do not have a misfire nor do I have a CEL showing. If I put the truck in drive or reverse it stops or if in neutral I give her some rpms it will not be so noticeable. Y'all guys got a guess that could point me in the right direction to figure it out

I think you should check your ignition parts,cap, rotor,wires and a spark plug check

Check both of the engine mounts. You didn't say how many miles are on the truck but they do go bad.

probly just needs a tune up along with fuel filter and a few bottles of marvel mystery oil through the gas tank. (or whatever brand of cleaner ou like)

Try the old,peek under the hood in limited light and look for arcing on plug wires?
